Which version of QB for Mac are you using—and which release of that version?
Is your bank actually included in the FI list in QB for Mac? (Sorry, I had to ask this dumb question.)

I have QB 2010 and the most updated version. Suntrust is there, however, the business online login is not there. I was able to correctly set it up for quicken using a similar list which had the actual login there.

When you arrived at this window…
…did you make the right choice? (I'm sorry to keep asking these question—just shooting in the dark in a weak attempt to help.) I noticed that the user must have another password other than the SunTrust Web-site password for QB online banking.
