Hi JoshHorn,
When you said "transferring funds, are you referring to actually transferring funds from one bank account to another? Or, when you Received Payments and you want to move funds out of Undepositecd Funds into the Checking Accout? Or is this personal funds you are transferring into the Checking Account? Can you be a little more specific please?

When someone pays for my services on a credit card do i have to set it up to deposite into my business checking or is that some thing I have to do each time. In other words someone pays me with their credit card how do i get $ IN MY acct or in my hand

When you received payments, you go to Received Payments. There is a Paid Method field where you can select the Credit Card. The payment will go into Undeposited Funds.
To Make a Deposit to the Checking Account, go to Banking and select Make Deposit. You will see a PaymentS To Deposit window which is holding the payments you received. This is the Undeposited Funds Account. Select the payment that you are depositing and click OK.
Now you are in the actual Make Deposit screen with the Checking Account open. Make sure you have the correct date and correct Total. Save and Close.
