Where do I find CA Form 568 in the Lacerte program?

I see an answer from someone in the community regarding this, but it says in the Partnership program.  My client is a single member LLC filing a sch C in her 1040 return.  How can I generate the 568 form from the 1040?

Screen 37.011 - Miscellaneous.  There's a box to check to generate Form 568

For a professional answer you might want to ask this question of a paid support person at Intuit Tech Support (800-434-6818). Those who choose to volunteer on this forum are not compensated or supported by Intuit.

You mean in the partnership program, correct?  So, in order to use Lacerte for this form, I need to use REP and incur the cost of a ptshp return for one form??  That's kind of ridiculous, don't you think?

To avoid the REP fee for that one little form, you could always use 99-9999999 as the "partnership" EIN in the partnership program, go thru the REP connection but not have to pay for it, get a printout which looks a little funny, but then use a blank form 568 (which you'd get either from the Lacerte program or maybe CA's website) and fill in the info (with the right EIN or SSN or whatever) on your blank 568.

Back up before it's too late. For a professional answer, call Tech Support at 1-800-933-9999 (Lacerte)(other numbers ProSeries, QB, or TurboTax). I am a volunteer, not compensated or supported by Intuit.

You can now, in the 2010 program.  For earlier years you could not.  OP was old.
