Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). When I create invoice on Mobile app it does not assign an invoice # !

US QuickBooks Online Edition : Online Essentials with Payroll

My QB Mobile app on my android is not generating an invoice number it just says (Not Set)! I need the system to assign the invoice number! It does when I login from PC or laptop to QB Online, but not on my Droid!

You should contact support for help with your issue. Invoice #'s are automatically assigned to invoices created on the Mobile application.
