I don't know, but that's an interesting way that you spelled "edition." Accountants can certainly do ADDITION, but as to the Accountants' EDITION of the QB program, while I don't know all the goodies, I do understand one big thing (unless it's a "Premiere" version rather than an "Accountants" version) is that you can save just one year, to give to an IRS auditor, instead of their having to wind up with the whole file including all vendors and customers from years and years ago.
Since we are correcting spelling here, you spelled premier incorrectly








In addition to the Period Copy Amy mentioned, there are several other new things in QB Accountant 2012 including:
Accountant Center -- like a dashboard with quick access to tools (like recalssify transactions, batch write off and more), memorized reports, updates and a Reconciliation area where you can quickly see the bank & checking accounts - when they were last reconciled and the balances among other things.
QuickBooks Statement Writer is now included, there is a Starter Copy feature, when you apply open payments for credits for A/R and A/P they now go back with an Accountant's Copy.

Users can import documents by simply dragging and dropping them into the Document Center and attach stored documents to invoices and other forms easily.
• Inventory Center.
QuickBooks Premier 2012 centralizes inventory data in a control panel for fast access to and easy management of inventory tasks, items and reports.
• Batch Timesheets.
Small businesses with multiple employees or vendors who work the same hours can save time on payroll by creating their timesheets all at once.
• Batch Invoicing for Time and Expenses.
QuickBooks Premier 2012 users who invoice multiple customers for time and expenses can create their invoices all at once.
To reduce data re-entry, users can now process transactions with one click.
