What is the code or description for restricted stock units per the W-2 in Box 14?

I want to make sure I do this right as I'm hoping that additional forms to process this information will be activated.

Although the gain on the Restricted Stock Units is included in the W-2 numbers, there is no code in box 12 and usually no code in box 14.

There is a worksheet for RSUs on the stock options worksheet in forms mode.  If you find and use that, it is easy.

Code V is Income from the exercise of nonstatutory stock options.

I have never had success in making it work.

Schedule D Capital gain and loss worksheet, click on Quick Zoom for special situations....part IV worksheet.

Good luck.
