What is Inventory Adjust?
Ihave made 1st purchase on 01/10/2012 & entered the bill. but it's showing dubble 1st as in bill & 2nd as inventory adjustment same quantity same date, in inventory item quickreport.

when you created the item did you tell QB that there was a qty on hand?
and then you purchased the item?
that would double count it
if so run your quick report, double click on the adjustment, use the menu Edit>delete adjustment
