Crystal Reports uses ODBC technology; when ODBC is configured, it creates a 'secondary database' (copy) of your QuickBooks data which is encrypted and optimized for query purposes, with each successive query it performs an update to this secondary database in order to insure that the data is current (has not changed since the last update). The error you have identified is a database corruption problem, most probably with this "secondary database", unless you are also having issues from within QuickBooks itself. Check the "Messages" Tab in the ODBC Driver for QuickBooks set-up that you should find ether accessible from Crystal or from the list of Programs in Windows. The Messages tab should display the same information, but also give you a chance to review the details. This error will more than likely require you to 'rebuild' the secondary database.
I hope this helps; if so, PLEASE Use the FEEDBACK Option to Mark Your Question as "SOLVED".
Best of Luck !
