What dictates the date of receipt?
US QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions : 12.0: Nonprofit
My non profit client received a donation. The date on the check is 12/28/11. It was deposited on 1/6/12. What date should I record on the donation receipt? The date the check was cut, the date we received it, or the date it was deposited?
