Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). web connect import issue pro 08

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows : 2008

Just over six months ago I was able to import QBO from Amex into Pro 08

Today I get this message

"Quickbooks in unable to verify the Financial Institution information for this download. Please try again later."

Is this a version issue? Could Intuit realy stop me from importing due to "old" version?

2008 QuickBooks was sunsetted at the end of May, 2011. Those services are shut off. You need ot upgrade to a new version to get them back. 2009 will be sunsetted this year.
