Have tried the "help" line to no avail.

There are no contact details or return address on the invoice.

I have just confirmed from my support team that we have now fixed the VAT number on our forms. We appreciate your patience as we worked to solved this for you! The team should be reaching out to you to have these forms resent, if they haven't already!

To help us improve our support experience, would you explain what you meant by 'have tried the 'help' line to no avail'. What could we have done better in this situation to provide a better experience?

Interestingly I have posted this on the online community without any response so far.

It would have been far easier for Customer Support to transfer me directly to the accounts department who would have grasped straight away what the issue was.

I did get a call back on our answer machine (out of office hours!) and when I spoke to the person who called me (M*j*d) , they still did not have an answer for me which seems bizzare. They  said that they would ring me back later on the same day.

Will you be re issuing invoices to all quickbooks online users with the correct VAT number so that they do not fall foul of HMRC?

Apologies I have just checked my online account and I haven`t actually posted the query. (Doh!)

Have done so now but advised that this is in the process of being dealt with by yourselves.
