How do I enter prevailing wages on a check?

Hi Lengursky1!
At this time, we do not support Certified Payroll or Prevailing wages with our Intuit Online Payroll (IOP) product. We are continually reviewing our product offering and your feedback on this matter is taking into high consideration.
Currently, you can use a Hourly Rate item to pay the Employee at the Prevailing Wage rate and also use Payroll reports to help you manually complete the Certified Payroll report outside of IOP.
Thank you for posting your question and being part of the Intuit Community. Your question will help other visitors and members locate a solution for their help needs.

Hi H20less!
Was there a question that I could help you with specifically or did you also have a question in regards to Certified Payroll with Intuit Online Payroll?
I do understand that my response regarding not supporting Certified Payroll at this time is not one that many customers expect to hear or would like to hear but I do my best to ensure that all customers are informed with accurate information for our products so that as a business you can make the best decision for your payroll needs.
Please let me know if you have question regarding our product by posting a new question.
Nope no question. You answered it for the gentleman above and the same way as you have in the past for all the online users that want prevailing wages. "You don't currently offer it in Quickbooks Online, "we are continually reviewing our product offering and your feedback on this matter is taking into high consideration.""
Seems to me, if us Online Users need this, and you have it available in your other Quickbooks Product - it should be a nobrainer to add it for us.
