W-2 Box 14

Hi, I have a V in my box 14 of W-2. This stands for Pretax Federal Employee Health Benefit Incentive. My question is, how does this effect my taxes? Can this be a deduction or apply to the 7.5% of AGI for Health costs? I'm not sure where to enter

It's pretax, so has already been deducted. You don't need to enter it anywhere.
