Visual C++ runtime error terminates Enterprise Edition 2010

US QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions : 10.0: Accountant

Problem with QB Enterprise Edition 2010. I get the following error message.
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime error. The application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. contact the application support team. Pl. help.
