validation code for my QB Version Pro 2008

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows

I have QuickBooks Canadian Version Pro 2008
I sent an email last week to quickbooks.ca.solutions@intuit.com and until now have not received a response, can i have a direct email address i can send for support issues.

Here is the email i sent to - quickbooks.ca.solutions@intuit.com

We purchased the program QuickBooks pro 2008 (Canadian Version – for one user license) awhile back.

We are interested in upgrading our current program, whereby we would like to have more than one user to access the program simultaneously.
Please advice what is required to upgrade to a multi user access, at what cost and how long would it usually take for installation.

On another note, do you believe that it would be best to buy a newer version, if you see it being more cost effective in comparison of upgrading, in view that our budget is very low this year.

Your soonest feedback would be highly appreciated.

I can't say if the policies are different for Canada, but, in the USA, where there is a new version every year,QB2008 features such as on line banking, payroll etc. will no longer be supported as of around May 2011 because after 3 years the software is sunset and no longer supported by Intuit.

Also, when we need to upgrade to a newer version - you just go out and buy it at regular price(there is no discount to upgrade to a new year). So, just go out and buy the newest version of QB's with the appropriate multi user version you need. In the USA that would be QB2011 with 3 user license. Not sure what the corresponding Canadian version is - as many non US versions seem to cover a two year period.

I think there is also a Canadian forum for QB's on this site - you may want to ask your question in that forum. That way it may be seen by other Canadian users of QB's who could give you information specific to Canadian versions of QB's.
