Have you checked "Reset hours each new year?" If you did not check this in Edit > Preferences, you will need to edit each payroll and check it for both vacation and sick time, if applicable.

Ours did not re-set either, as we did have the 're-set hours each new year' checked in each individual employee record, however it was NOT checked under the company preferences section as well.
If we go to then manually re-set the hours for each employee, it still says 'hours available as of January 31, 2011' to the left in each employee record. How do we edit the 'hours available as of' DATE???????
