How do you adjust vacation home rental expenses when there is minimal personal use i.e. less than 14 days

For the year during which the useage is 14 days or less, the property is 100% rental. If this is an ongoing situation wherein some years will have significant personal use and some have little or none, just make the entries as you normally would for a vacation property. If the personal use will be now kept to 14 days or less (or 10% or less of the days rented), then check the box "no longer a vacation home".
