Looking at another answer it says there are 2 guide books for Quickbooks.
1.QB Learning Guide 2009 by Craig which is more like a student guide and another one QB 2009: The Official Guide by Ivens more like a instructor guide.
2. Which do you recommend?
3. Also I found a site for Free QuickBooks Manuals, It can be downloaded you will need Adobe. Is this a true site?

Check your local Barnes & Noble or Borders to see which ones you like.
Learning Guide by Craig is a student book, I teach using this book. It has a sample file and lessons in each chapter.
Kathy Iven's books are user reference manuals, not student or teacher books. There is How-to info for the user to refer to, as needed on the day-to-day job.
Which to recommend depends on your need. I'd get both.
