UPS return labels / Call Tags
How do you generate UPS return labels? Or how do you generate a call tag request for UPS to pick up a package that needs to be returned?

You will most likely need to utilize to www.myups.com or UPS WorldShip software (NOT a part of QB) to access these services.

You can actually generate both call tags and return labels using the QB Shipping Manager. Next to "FROM" on the shipping manager, click the ORANGE arrow button. This will reverse the to and from. You now have "Pickup From" drop-down list. Here you select rather you want return tag or call tag. - UPS Print Return label option will print the prepaid label.

I just printed a UPS call tag today basically generally following rizz2142's instructions, so I know this works.
Win7, Quickbooks Premier 2012.
QuickBooks Shipping Manager for UPS.
Click the right pointing arrow → in the upper left corner, which is to the left of "Deliver To" and the arrow reverses. The top bar now says "From".
Under your address, where the bar used to say "To" it now says "Pickup From" and has a dropdown menu asking if you want the label printed and 1, 3, pickup attempts, just printed, or emailed.
Fill out the rest of the info and ship as usual.
