Updating Quantity on Hand

US QuickBooks Online Edition

I can't find "Quantity on Hand" under Products and Services when I click on a product. I went under Company then Preferences to click on "Track Inventory" but when I look at individual product, no where do I see a Quantity to update...any thoughts?

Hi BevHills,

Please confirm, you have the following preferences set:

Go to Company>Preferences
Click on Products and Services at the left
Make sure there is a checkmark next to 'Products and services for purchases'
Scroll down just a bit and make sure you have a checkmark by 'Quantity on Hand (Inventory Tracking)
Click Save at the bottom right

Now check your product and service list.

Go to Customer>More>Products and Services List
You should have a column at the far right for Quantity on Hand
Highlight one of the items and click Edit at the bottom right
You should now have an option to check to 'Track quantity on hand for this product'
