unwanted payroll liabilities
We just upgraded from 2006 to 2009. There are many payroll liabilities that are showing up as unpaid but have been paid. How do I get rid? Choices they give me don't apply to me.

Did you ever get an answer to this or did you figure out how to get rid of them? I too converted to 2009 (2 different companies) and have liabilities previously paid showing up.
Do these liabilities have pay through dates that crosses from one year to the next? See this entry from QuickBooks Support Knowledgebase...
