Why Undeposit Fund account is not Zero out at the end of the month; even though, you made all deposit for all receive payments?
all the deposits are posted properly ( either the same day or a day after received payments), the same as JE. But I couldn't find why is not zero out at the month or year end. Is there any other way to look it up for this matter.

If you go to company and chart of accounts and select your undeposited funds account (highlight) and click report, is the beginning balance zero? You can run the report from different dates to verify all funds are deposited, but also see what makes up the balance.
Thanks for replying my question, but my beginning balance is not zero (suppose to be zero when all the deposit are made). I have looked for many different report I couldn't find what cost this matter. By the way I'm still working on it to find out what wrong.
