Is this the Admin password or other user? As Admin you can change user passwords, but you need Admin PW.
Hi Kathy, thank you for your response. But no I think its the admin pw, because it prompts when I attempt to open the company name. I don't recall setting one up and the worse part is that the information that I am entering states that it is not matching their records of the data that I had previously submitted. Nothing has changed. What can I do?
