Just upgraded to QB Pro 2012. Restored my file. When I tried to open company file, had to set an Admin Password. But every time I try to reset my password I get the message: "Unable to reset the QB Admin password at this time."
I am having the same problem resetting the password for our Enterprise 10.0. It won't recognize the security question, tells me that it cannot access the server to validate the token, or it simply cannot reset the password at this time.

I just contacted ProAdvisor chat support and was told that they are having server related issues. They advised me to call into ProAdvisor support for an alternate method of resetting the admin password.
