Unable to open email paystub.
One of my employees is having trouble opening his email payroll stub. All the other employees are able to open their paystubs. Is there something I should change on my end or is it on his end? Thank you for any help.

I'm having this problem but with a twist. When I first started emailing payroll stubs I had two people that couldn't open them but if I sent the same email a second time (just forwarding the original email from Outlook) they are able to open them. Now each pay period I have one or two more people that are having the same problems and I've been sending to them a second time as well which they can open. I am now having to send 8 people two emails just so they can open the attachment. Is anyone else having problems like this?
