Trojan or not?
ThreatFire is telling me of a very high potential threat from quickbooks with "dbextclr11.exe". It wants to change "trusted" websites list. Is this a real threat or part of the update yesterday. - QBpro11

I received a similar message from my AVG Firewall, saying that application iAnywhere.SAClrClassLoader trying to open a connection to the Internet. When I Googled that name, I turned up dbextclr11.exe and found my way here.
I too am getting this warning from my AVG firewall. Can Intuit try to answer this so I can stop blocking this file?
After Quickbooks has been opened for maybe an hour, the dbextclr11.exe program opens in a separate window. It is a DOS window, and I can't enter anything in it. I can close it by right clicking on the task bar and clicking on x-Close. This has been happening every day since I installed the R6 update from Quickbooks. How can I stop this program from opening?
I got in touch with QB support who said it was program of their and it was using a part of the windows operating system.
I have this dbextclr11.exe and it causes my screen to go black then I ClTR-alt-delete and end task and it goes away for a few minutes. Any idea how to get rid of it?
