Transition payroll data from previous CPA

US Desktop Payroll : Enhanced 2009

Hi,
I'm wondering what I need to do to transition payroll data from previous CPA. My client cuts the pay checks and I help them with tax payments and tax filings. What do I need to transition over the year-to-day payroll info?
I'm in QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program and hence use Enhanced Payroll.

Sorry, but your question is unclear. If your client cuts checks and you do the tax filings, then what information needs to get transitioned?

Thank you for your response. The client does manual payroll and relies on the CPA to provide withholding and payroll tax info.
