i am starting a second company that does the same business as my current one. want to use quick books for both. how do I share the customers, vendors and other lists from company 1 to company 2
Go to File>Utilities>export>Lists to IIF and select all lists you want to import into your newly created company and save this list to your desktop. When you have your newly created company open>go to file>utilities>import and import the IIF lists which you have saved to your desktop.
