transfer items from Store to store let say i have main store & Show store (two stores) how can i

You could use classes. When moving items from one to another - use a Zero Dollar Check.
Use the item tab. Use the same item - one as a negative amount for the value FROM the store the merchandise to leaving and then underneath, a positive amount for the same value TO The store it's going to.
The other option is look into QB Enterprise. They have a Warehouse module as part of the suite. The Warehouse can be anything - store, trunk of car, etc.
