Tracking Monthly Order Requests
I use a 3 pg excel sheet I email to branch and dept coordinators. It lists all types of supplies...brochures, cash supply, envelopes, forms, misc.... I want to track usage amts monthly in QB so I can know when an item is ordered too much or not enough. I want to be able to know when a dept is ordering too many of an item when they just received that item a month before on their order. If there is abuse and supplies are walking out the door or being wasted then I need to see that when a dept request an item they just requested the month earlier.
