Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). Tracking Account in Mexico

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows

I am trying to keep track of a checking account in Mexico. We wire US dollars to account, they are converted to pesos. We pay our Mexican expenses from this account, also receive income into this account. Any thoughts on where, how to begin?

You activate Multicurrency.  Set USD as home currency.  Set Pesos as a foreign currency.  Set up your account in Mexico as a Peso account.  Set up your customers/vendors that you transact business with as Peso customer/vendors.  And then, Go!
