Hello I have a problem. Our company started a business and my brother handed me alot of receipts and said here put them in. Well as I am trying to understand QB and enter things he is making invoices to customers,deposits all wrong.What can I do?

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you need. Do you need help learning how to fix your brother's mistakes, or do you need to know how to enter the receipts he gave you?

If you have made mistake in Invoice section in quickbook you can erase or correct the Invoices and create new one:
To erase Invoice go to the Invoice that made mistake and point to the "Edit" and click "Erase Invoice"
To correct just in a Invoice windows correct them Invoice and save it again. To find invoice click previous button to find right invoice for you
or on Invoice you can right click and click erase Invoice same.
After you erase invoice you can erase deposit and create new one. to erase deposit go to the deposit windows and point to the edit and erase deposit.
