I hate to be like this but the software is just full of bugs and no one really has answers. If the Time and Billing Manager was a Beta rollout we should have been informed of that fact. I have been involved with Beta rollouts and these are the exact problems that come up. That is why people sign up for Beta releases so bugs can be worked out before nightmares like this.
We are having many problems, as described above. I have spent countless hours trying to make this work. Additionally, Intuit billed for Time & Billing Manager when this month was supposed to be comped. $25 does't come close to compensating for all the lost time this software has caused. I' d like to go back to TimeTracker!
I have spent unbelievable hours on the phone with service and every time I call them they [removed] up something else.
Not currently a bata. It started in bata I believe in July 2010. It was out of bata Sept 1, 2010 and released for sale. I have been in contact directly with the developers and they are working to get these things fixed.
