Tips For 941
US Desktop Payroll : Assisted 2009
Reporting tips was not set up correctly, so the 941 was incorrect. I have correct the problem so the tips now show up on the 941. Is there any way to retroactively fix the 1st Qtr. 941?

Yes, you want a 941-X. Go to www.irs.gov and search for 941-X. Instructions and forms right there!
