This includes QuickBooks, QuickBooks Payroll, Point of Sale, & Salesforce.com. This is only for US based products. This does not affect QuickBooks Online customers! Time Clock Integration

We are a small office and I would like to integrate some sort of "time clock" with quickbooks. Time tracker or the outlook integration will not serve my purposes. I need a time clock to keep my employees in check. I spend too much time entering time cards into the system. Has anyone integrated a system and if so which system into Quickbooks?

My company doesn't use a punch-clock but there are web-based timesheet systems that will integrate with QuickBooks and a real on-the-wall punch-clock. Some use physical time cards, other use thumb scans or electronic card keys. Try going to Google and search for "web timesheet punchclock" for options.

Alternatively, I've seen other products that provide similar "electronic punching" via a web browser interface that also integrate with QuickBooks. They use a stopwatch or similar type of punch-clock interface. The web browser option requires that each employee can get access to a web browser but not necessarily require his/her own computer. Go to Google and search for "web timesheet stopwatch" to get some options.

I hope this helps you find a good solution.

Have you found a solution for this yet? I just loaded 2008 Pro and I'm looking for the same solution - an inexpensive standalone PC application (XP) that will allow me to import hours into my weekly payroll

We use the TA100Pro time attendance system with our Quickbooks. They have a small business edition that will work for small businesses as well.

I have a very small company and we use webtimeclock.com. Very easy to use web based timeclock that imports nicely into Quick Books. Very affordable, too!

I have just the clock for you. Check out the SB-100 PRO or RTC-1000 Universal Time Clock from Icon Time Systems. http://www.icontime.com/produc...

We actually have a partnership with Intuit Online Payroll and they endorse this procduct.

You can see that at http://payroll.intuit.com/alli... If you click on our logo you can purchase there.

This time clock is great because it comes standard with an export directly to QuickBooks. It is also web enabled which means that you can access remotely through the Internet too.

With this time clock your employees would clock IN/OUT at a physical time clock. Htey can see their last punch and total hours at the clock.

The payroll manager can view adn edit reports and then when ready simply export the data to QuickBooks.

Latest post

Hi, is this machine (SB-100PRO or RTC-1000) still affiliated with payroll intuit.com?  I cannot find the program when I click the link.

If not, do you know of a similar produce that has time card badges and the time clock integrates with QuickBooks?

Thanks so much for any help.

Cherl
