Thank you for taking the tiime. Will this Retainer also work as a do not exceed cap? in other words, will this allow me to actually invoice against this set amount?

This procedure would allow you to exceed the amount of the retainer. It all depends on the amount that you enter when invoicing. You would need to manually track when the full amount has been used because the system will not give you a warning. You can track the amount through the account you set up.
