You have to go into payroll setup, and edit the employee info from there. That's the only place I found to select that they are a qualified employee.
This will only affect their payroll from the point that you select them as qualified, forward. It will not affect any payroll checks allready done and recorded with the company portion of the social security being calculated.
You either have to go and delete prior payroll checks and re-enter them for the qualified employee or do a liability adjustment.
I have deleted the prior checks and re-entered them, this has all of my liability reports and "custom" liability payments reflecting accurately, the only thing that didn't work was the "scheduled liabilities" aren't acknowledging the credit.
