Texas tax form availability
When will the Texas franchise tax forms be available? I read most of the other answers. Having the forms available "at the same time as last year" is not acceptable since last year we waited several months for the state to prepare the forms (there were mass changes in the Texas tax laws last year) and that is not the case this year. As a long time ProSeries user this creates problems for us since we will have to send the Federal forms separate from the state and it costs us a great deal of time and the clients money. So, do you know when the forms will be avaialable now or not?
