temp file creation
How do I save a file or create a file as a portable file that I can then send to my accountant? I've done it before, but forgot how!

The solution
Go to File > Create copy > Portable file.
Remember that while your accountant has the portable file, anything you do in QB will be lost when you restore the file after you get it back from your accountant.
