We are a group of experienced administrative and accounting staff in India.

We are presently working for two CPA firms based in NY, doing their client’s write-ups and bank reconciliations on QuickBooks Pro (version 2004 to 2008).

During the months of Jan to April we assist them with individual tax returns (1040) on Lacerte.

Through them, we even process A/P and A/R for two Property Management Firms on Yardi accounting package.

We have 8 years of experience doing outsourced work, and have experience doing

- Bookkeeping, including receivables, payables

- Bank and credit card account reconciliaitons

- Payroll entries

- G/L reconciliations

- Custom made reports.

We presently work on a monthly retainer fee for working 40-48 hours per week ($800 - $1200/person/month), although we started working on per hourly basis. (Rates can be decided depending on the number of hours of work).

The work is checked by a qualified CA before it is sent back.
