ProSeries : 2011Tax import for Pro Series takes an hour and 10 minutes, that's when it works, anyone else having this problem?

What are you trying to import? That sounds rather extreme.

When did you last run Disk Cleanup and Disk Defragmenter? These need to be run frequently during tax season.
Remember: A computer stores info the way a teenage boy keeps his bedroom. Everything is tossed into any available space, requiring much longer to locate whatever is needed.
When anyone doing nothing needs help, I will gladly help that person do nothing.
