Tab occurances

Ozzy, I am using Quickbooks online.  By templates, I mean I have a recurring template that I use to post sales from my sales register.  The account numbers are 'saved' on the template and all I have to do is recall the template and then plug in the $ numbers.  This involves tabbing beyond the account #'s to reach the cell to enter the $'s.  Each time I tab past the account #, the account # changes to odd numbers all by itself.  AND NOW, I tried to write a check (under the bank tab), from which I have to chose which bank account, because there are multiple; the banks that are available to chose from do not even belong to this company.  I keep books for several companies. Writing a check in company #1 and account #'s for company #2 are the only ones to chose from!!!!  What is the world is going on!

I will be honest with you, I have no idea what could be causing your problem. I have some thoughts (attempting to run multiple companies under one subscription) but I am not an expert dealing with your problem. Let the post sit and I am sure that either an employee or the forum host will be by to help.
