When you are on the EFILE T4 window and you click on the 'Send' button, there is a message that QuickBooks pops up titled 'T4 Electronic Filing'. This message will show you the exact path to the XML file you need to submit. The location is different based on operating system so there is no single answer to this question.
Important Note: Due to the sesitive nature of the file, QuickBooks will delete the XML file when you close QuickBooks. Be sure to send the file to CRA while your company file is still open.
