sync manager is slow after installing 2012

Hi Bzubrick

Ideally Sync Manager should not get slowed after installing QuickBooks 2012, Can you please provide more details on problem like how much more time it is taking and during what operation.

We were running QB pro 2009 prior to installing QB pro 2012. With QB pro 2009, sync manager would take a while(10-45min) to upload on the very first attempt or after clearing sync settings and each sync after would only take 1-5min. After installing QB pro 2012, sync manager appears to be taking at least 45min on each upload attempt.  this is occuring the operation of the auto sync.
