Are you using third party software with QB. Axelbridge may be shutdown. Do an update so the program and payroll are not busy trying to do that. Shut QB help. Get (Google) Intuit Network Tool. Give me more info.
I will try what you have said. We are using QB Enterprise. We were using Premiere. This has been going on for about a year. We have a dedicated servier with MS server 2003. Me and my secretary are the only ones that use the QB program. I will let you know after I do your suggestions.
