Summarizing Sales in QB's

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows : 2011

I have a new retail client. They are using a POS system but its not connected to QB's as yet.They have been in business for about 6 months and have not entered any sales information. Is there an easy way to put the sales in for an entire month?
