submit not working when credit card info entered
Is the Quickbooks internet credit card processing not working? I hit the submit buttom but nothing happens except for the curser going back up to credit card #.

Normally we see this happen when Internet Explorer 9 is installed on the computer. The reccomendation is to confirm the version number of Internet Explorer. To confirm you may follow the steps below:
If in fact you do have Internet Explorer 9 installed, we reccomend downgrading to Internet Explorer 8. Please follow the link below for specific instructions:
