I rent a building & I rent out space in that building to individuals. What is the cleanest way to represent this in Quickbooks? Should I do invoices & enter against them or just enter the rent proceeds? Help? Thanks in advance!!

When you are subleasing, you should create invoices and track the payments and the individuals rent balance owed.
