store exchange - stopped
Our store exchange has stopped working via the intuit servers, it is saying that it has nothing to send? This has been going on for 2 days now, can you let us know how we fix this?

There has been an issue with the Intuit QuickBase for the past couple of days and it now seems to be back up. (only very recently - like within the past hour or so) - you might try again.
I just retried the server and it's not working. I'm checking every 15 minutes or so. My remote store is supposed to start a sale tomorrow and they don't have any of the information at the store because the server isn't working.
I have the same problem, no intuit service in the past 9 days. Someone recommended to change passwords, but that does not help, either. Any suggestions or do I need to go back to extracting the file and sending by email? Thanks!
same problem for the past 10 days!! i called in and they just kept me on the phone for 3 hours,,, nothing more,,, what a shame....





Try resetting the exchange passwords. We have had success doing this with our customers
I did not have this problem last week- but today when I tried to send file to our other store I get error 175305 and a message that there is a stream write error
