Still no data!
We did the update for DMS this morning and restarted our computers, but some of the PDS are still coming up with out data. For example the W-2 format is there but no data.

So when printing a PDF w-2 from DMS, you get the form but no data on it? Is it there when you view it? Where did the PDF come from if you didn't scan it?

Yes that is correct. When we veiw it in the program? Yes. It doesn't show up in either the bookmark or the page preview in DMS. The PDF's are coming from Intuit EasyACCT professionals and from Intuit Information Return System.

Also if we print a file of W-2's - say 10 pages or more it just prints one page (with no information).

In my experience this is a font issue. Have you tried reinstalling the lacerte fonts? The following article describes how to do this. Click Here.
